Human hair wigs offer unparalleled realism and styling flexibility (including heat styling) but require more maintenance. Our heat-friendly synthetics provide remarkable realism at a lower price point with easier care. Consider your budget, styling needs, and maintenance preferences when choosing.

Yes, we specialize in premium solutions for advanced stage hair loss with specially designed caps for comfort and natural appearance. Our “Advanced Stage Hair Loss” collection features lightweight, breathable designs with sensitive scalps in mind.

Once your order ships from our San Francisco headquarters, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard shipping via DHL/FedEx and free shipping via EMS both include tracking capabilities.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel, please email us immediately with your order number. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered processing (typically within 24 hours).

We proudly ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. All orders are hand-processed at our San Francisco location (4852 Jim Rosa Lane) with premium care.

Processing takes 1-2 business days for all orders. During peak seasons, please allow slight additional time.

While we don’t charge international fees, some countries may assess customs/duties upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient and aren’t included in your order total. We use discreet packaging to minimize declarations while ensuring safe transit.

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items may be ineligible for return—please contact us before returning.

Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for returning to our San Francisco facility. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We take extreme care in packaging, but if damage occurs, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll expedite a replacement or refund while working with our carriers to resolve the issue.

Our “Human Hair Care” section offers specialized products, but general care includes:

• Use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners
• Limit heat styling and always use heat protectant
• Store on a wig stand when not in use
• Brush gently from ends to roots

Only our “Heat Friendly Synthetic” and “Heat Styleable Synthetic Wigs” collections can withstand heat styling (typically up to 350°F). Regular synthetic wigs will melt under heat. Always check product specifications before applying heat.

With proper care:

• Human hair wigs: 1+ years with daily wear
• Heat-friendly synthetics: 4-6 months with daily wear
• Regular synthetics: 2-3 months with daily wear

Rotation between multiple wigs extends lifespan significantly.
