Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Human Hair Care products that have been opened or used
- Children’s Wigs that have been tried on without a protective cap
- Any Accessories that show signs of wear

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Exchanges
We happily exchange items for a different size, color, or style from our premium collections:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items like our Remy Human Hair collection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our Advanced Stage Hair Loss solutions or any other collection, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
